Hair style help please!?

ive always had straight hair. and i want to do something different with it. if anyone knows lauren conrad from the hills..how would i get some of the hair styles that she has? like wavy. curly. etc. what are other current good looking hair styles? crimped? tips and suggestions would be amazing!
