Question about my "fwb"?? whats your opinion?

I hung out with my fwb for the time in 6 months the other day cause he just got out of jail. we've been sleeping together for like a year total. he has said "i love you" to me before when he was tipsy. he took me camping before he went to jail (which I dont think he does things like that with other girls) And he told me he wants a girlfriend...and when he calls me and i dont answer he call like 6 or 7 times in a course of like an hour. he calls me the day he gets outta jail im like one of the first ppl he called..and when we hung out the other night he wanted to stay over and he did and we were drinking a little and i told him i loved him and he did not hesitate saying i love you too...What do you think he wants?
