My husbands heart has 'dried up'. Has our marriage fallen apart? How do we get back together?

We have been married for 4 years. I moved to his country 8 yrs ago thinking it would be best for us. In these past two years, we have grown further apart, and now that we've moved to another country he suddenly declares that he is not in love with me anymore, but he still loves me in other ways. He said that his heart has moved on, but I am in shock because this is so sudden. I have no one to talk to. Everyone I know lives in a different time zone. I am alone here, he works a lot. I love my husband so deeply and whole heartedly. I can admit that I have talked harshly at him. I didn't want him to have low self confidence so I nagged him to be more ertive. And moving to his country, I experienced a lot of racism and became negative which he doesn't like. He says that he wants to give his old self back, but doesn't know how to. I've begged him to stay and save our marriage but everytime when I talk about emotions he clams up, chooses his words carefully using no loving words at all.
