How should I file my spouse's state taxes?

I am in the military and I am trying to file my taxes. I've already filed mine but I am kind of at a loss on how to file my spouse's. We got married in August but she was living in Pennsylvania up until July. Should we file married but separate on her state taxes, even though we filed jointly on our federal return?
