What cement will work on polypropylene plastic?

I have a white plastic three drawer storage cabinet made by Sterilite the plastic is polypropylene I emailed the company about it they appeared vague on the subject.They told me the type of plastic and said they did not research what types of store bought cements would work, I checked where the plastic cabinet came loose from the frame and found a black colored substance which is some type of adhesive material they use but they did not state what they use any ideas?
