Hi, my grandma who is blind accidentally?

drank a gl of phlegm, i was gardening outside and when i came back i saw her drinking from the wrong gl i stopped her immediately but i was too late. is it bad what will happen to her? she has cough and will it get worse? and have bronchitis or something? she is 87 years old
