Supposing two twins live in the same area and one commits a crime. How would the police/prosecutor prove it was one twin and not the other? Considering fingerprints etc. are identical? Even if they had video evidence of the individual commiting the crime, it would not prove anything. So how would they go about it, uming neither twin would confess or implicate the other? Could twins not use this advantage to essentially commit unpunishable crimes?
