In Yahoo Mail, how do I mark an incoming e-mail as "Not Spam?" I could not find a "on" to do that.

I receive newsletters via e-mail from my church, and they always end up in the "bulk" folder, along with junk mail. I wish to have that newsletter show up in my Inbox. How do I make that happen?
