What should I bake.....???

I want to bake something that is simple. I am not sure as of what to make so I was hoping people can tell me what kind of homemade baked stuff do you like to get as a Christmas gift? Please link any recipes that you would recommend if you can. The stuff I'm baking is for my bosses, teachers and for some left overs to munch on. So what do you like? What is your favourite?
