Spring Wedding Color Help?

My ceremony and reception are being held on a Sunday afternoon in a victorian style inn in May 2010. The room where the reception will be held has burgundy velvet curtains and a lot of dark wood details - we will be using white chair covers. I'm torn on what colors to use. I was thinking of a mocha shade - anyone have any ideas?
